Getting Started Is Easy
Becoming a new client takes just a few simple steps:
- Request an appointment: Call (918) 299-1208 or request a visit online. We’re open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Complete your forms ahead of time: Save time at check-in by filling out your paperwork before you arrive.
- Gather your pet’s records: Bring previous medical and vaccination records, or ask your previous veterinarian to send them to us.
- Bring a list of medications and food: Include any supplements and preventives your pet currently takes.
- Arrive safely: Please bring dogs on a leash and cats in a secure carrier.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
During your pet’s first appointment, one of our veterinarians will perform a thorough nose-to-tail exam, review your pet’s history, and talk with you about their lifestyle, diet, and any concerns you have. Together we’ll create a preventive care plan that may include vaccinations, parasite prevention, microchipping, and nutritional guidance. If you’re bringing home a new family member, our puppy and kitten care program will set them up for a healthy start, while older pets benefit from our senior care services.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Woodland West Animal Hospital welcomes new dogs and cats from Tulsa, Jenks, Bixby, Glenpool, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, and surrounding communities.
What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?
Bring your pet’s previous medical and vaccination records, a list of current medications and food, and your pet on a leash or in a carrier. Completing your forms online beforehand speeds up check-in.
Can I fill out new client forms before my visit?
Yes. All of our hospital forms are available online so you can complete them before you arrive.
What are your hours?
We are open 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The first appointment is at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
Can my previous veterinarian send my pet’s records to you?
Yes. Simply ask your previous clinic to send your pet’s records to Woodland West Animal Hospital before your appointment, or bring copies with you.
Do you accept walk-ins for new clients?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments take priority, but we’ll make every effort to see your pet as quickly as possible.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept standard forms of payment and offer financing through Cherry, CareCredit, Scratchpay, and the AllPet Card.
